We strongly advise against it. Blood and body fluids can carry bloodborne pathogens like hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV, and fluids soak into flooring and subfloor where you can’t see them. We use protective gear, hospital-grade disinfectants, proper disposal and verification so the home is truly safe.
Many jobs take one to a few days. Cases where time passed before discovery can take longer because of material removal and odor treatment. We’ll give you a clear plan on the first visit.
Yes, when the source is fully removed. Odor comes from affected materials, so we remove them first, then treat the air and surfaces. Masking sprays and air fresheners don’t work.
No. We never ask for money up front. We bill insurance or victim compensation first, and we go over any remaining cost with you in writing before anything is final.
